This vest on sale is a dark brown coloured tie-back halter vest with lovely scallop collared edges which is something different from all the ordinary black ones.

Description
This dreamy dress really takes my breathe away! I love the romantic aspect of this dress which is made of soft chiffon and it's fully lined too. The sleeves are sheer and it has this strayed rose motifs which i have never seen. It's so unfortunate that it's too loose for me.
